“Because the Pandemic hassignificantly decreased our unsolicited donations, we now have to actively solicit your help to continue to fulfill our mission, since 1921, to the disabled veteran community in New Jersey” There are over 350,000 veterans livingin New Jersey, with over 50,000 with a service-connected disability according to the Department of Veteran Affairs. Our members volunteered over 31,000 hours in support of our programs in 2022. Your financial support is critical to continue and expand our programs.

Help the Disabled American Veterans in New Jersey (DAVNJ) continue their free services to fellow disabled veterans and their families:
FREE – Transportation to local and Veterans Administration (VA) medical appointments with DAV vans.
FREE – Assistance in filing claims for VA benefits by certified DAV Service Officers
FREE – Training of certified Chapter and State Service Officers
FREE – Community Outreach to disabled veterans. Education of school children about our military service experiences.
FREE – volunteers at VA medical centers and clinics and NJ State Veteran Homes in Paramus, Menlo Park, and Vineland as well as the two transition housing centers. Also, volunteer drivers of DAVNJ Transportation Network vans.
